The DDJ-FLX4 is a sleek two-channel DJ controller crafted for both newcomers and serious hobbyists. Its intuitive layout mirrors pro gear while remaining approachable for learners. WARRANTY
All of our products are fully backed up by New Zealand warranty and service support. Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work.
Warranty periods can vary between manufacturers. As a general guideline most items have a 1 year warranty. Pioneer DJ products have a 3 year non-commercial venue warranty. Some QSC products carry a warranty of up to 6 years. Please check the specific warranty period at the time of purchase.
A proof of purchase (a receipt or copy of the web order) will be required for servicing to be carried out under warranty.
Warranty is of a "back to base"nature - meaning that the item must be returned to and our Auckland store. Shipping is not covered under warranty and courier charges may apply to return items repaired under warranty.
Warranty covers manufacture and parts but not damage or wear and tear through use. Please allow 3-4 weeks for most warranty repairs (this can be up to 12 weeks if there are parts required from overseas).

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
The standard delivery time for orders is usually 1 - 5 business days for orders within the North Island and 2 - 7 business days for delivery to the South Island. Please allow an extra day for Rural Delivery addresses. If your order is received by midday on a business day, and the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped the same day. Orders received after midday may be shipped on the next business day.
Depending on stock levels, some orders are shipped from our store and some are shipped from supplier warehouses - orders shipped from the warehouse are usually despatched the next day so please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for delivery.
Please note that these delivery times are target times and are not guaranteed by Couriers - delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen factors (such as bad weather for example). If you require a product urgently don't leave it to the last minute to order!
Delivery to Island addresses, such as Great Barrier Island, are not covered by the standard NZ delivery charges and an extra Island Delivery courier charge will apply.
Rural delivery addresses may incur an extra charge.
